A note on legal boundaries
Jobsentinel is not a consumer credit file and not a public shaming wall. Every record sits behind contractor attestation, a dispute window, and verifier sign-off — see scope.
Non-payment
The job closed, the invoice went out, the customer stopped returning calls.
Scope creep
Verbal-agreement drift into unpaid work — extras the homeowner never signed off on.
Threats
Veiled or direct threats of legal action, bad reviews, or retaliation if you quote fairly.
On-site abuse
Verbal abuse, intimidation, or unsafe behavior targeting you or your crew on the property.
Bounced checks
Final payment stopped, NSF, or closed account after the work was completed.

Verification policy
Two contractors, no commercial connection, written attestation.
A single-source flag never shows up in network search. To graduate into the search index, a record has to be corroborated by a second trade member with no commercial relationship to the filer — and the homeowner’s dispute window has to have closed.
